Manufacturing is the one industry I claim — because I run these pipelines in my own trading company.
This is the only industry page on this site, on purpose. I don't list twelve verticals I have slideware for. I trade used industrial machinery through my own companies, and the AI systems I sell were built there first — on real machines, real sellers, real documents. Everything below runs in production today; there are no client logos here because the reference is my own business.
Machines
Inbound sellers send photos of a lathe, a machining centre, a press. A vision pipeline identifies the machine, pulls the nameplate data, and drafts a first valuation range — market value and liquidation value — before a human opens the email. The appraiser in the loop is still a person; the two days of digging are not.
Offers
Every machine that gets bought has to get sold: listing text in several languages, photo selection, publication across channels, price monitoring against comparable offers. Agents draft, a person approves, the system publishes and watches the market. What used to be a backlog is a queue with an owner.
Leads
An outbound voice caller phones B2B prospects in Polish, qualifies interest, and books the conversation for a human. Research agents build the call list and the account briefs; a mailing pipeline follows up. The CRM record — call transcript included — is written by the system, not by a salesperson at 6 p.m. on a Friday.
Documents
Inquiries, quotes, invoices, specs, CE paperwork — the paperwork of machinery trade arrives unstructured and has to end up in systems. A document pipeline classifies, extracts and routes it, and flags the exceptions for a person instead of failing silently.
What this means for you
