paid entry point / not a free audit
Process valuation: I take one of your processes apart and tell you whether AI belongs in it.
This is a paid valuation, not a free audit with a sales call attached. You pay €4,000 because the output has the same shape as any professional valuation: a verdict you can act on, and numbers you can defend in front of your board — including the verdict "don't do it", which is the answer agencies selling projects cannot afford to give you.
What you get for €4,000
- Reverse engineering of one process. How it actually runs: inputs, handoffs, exceptions, where the time goes. Not how the org chart says it runs.
- A verdict: do it / don't do it. One process, one answer, signed by a person.
- An order of magnitude. What building it costs, what running it costs, what it saves, when it pays back. Ranges, honestly labelled — not fake precision.
- Build vs buy. Whether an existing tool does the job, and which vendor claims survive contact with your data.
For an example of the automation boundaries and human review points, see my illustrative document-processing workflow at HAKER.SI.
How the 10 working days run
| Days | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1–3 | Interviews with the people who actually do the process. Access to real inputs: emails, quotes, spreadsheets, tickets — under NDA. |
| 4–6 | I rebuild the process on paper and test its hardest step against current tools, on your real examples, not demo data. |
| 7–9 | The valuation: cost and savings at an order of magnitude, the failure modes, and what I would refuse to automate. |
| 10 | A written verdict and a call. You keep the document whatever you decide next. |
Why an appraiser does this
I am a state-certified appraiser — takser.pl is my valuation practice. Valuing a process for automation is the same discipline as valuing a machine: separate what the asset is really worth from what the seller claims, and write down a number you are willing to sign. The credential is the proof of method; the service you buy here is AI decision-making, not a formal appraisal report.
What happens after
Three honest endings: you stop, because the verdict is "don't do it" — the valuation paid for itself. You build the one pipeline with me — €8,000, four weeks, running on your data. Or you take the verdict to another vendor; the document is yours.
